Repairs can be made for as low as 1/3 of the cost the original glassware!

Repair Procedure:

1. Box up your broken glassware and ship it to Eagle Laboratory Glass Company.

*All glass needs to be cleaned of any caustic or flammable materials prior to shipping.

**For any glassware where the repairs are not obvious, please include a written or drawn explanation of what repairs need to be made (especially for custom glassware).

2. Upon the acquisition of glassware, we will send you a maximum price quote on repairable items. If an item is not repairable, we may be able to re-use parts for other items in need of repair.

Please note that although we are experienced glassblowers, due to the nature of glass repairs, ware may break further while attempting to repair it. If this occurs, no charges will be made.

3. After you receive your price quote, contact us to let us know which items you would like us to proceed with repairing. At this time we will also determine a form of payment.

**Setup an account of Net 30 Days (We will need the usual three credit references and bank reference.)

***Check (We will notify you when your repairs are completed to give you an exact bill. We will wait to recieve your check before shipping the repaired glassware back to you. $30.00 fee for returned checks)

4. The repaired glassware will be securely packed and shipped back to you. Return shipping charges will be the actual cost with no hidden handling charges
